Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. You will get a notification as soon as your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery times

• Standard shipping (Germany & France): 6 to 11 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates. During peak periods or in exceptional circumstances (e.g. weather, strikes), delays may occur.

Shipping costs
€4.90 within Germany and France – free shipping on orders over €100. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm your order.

Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email to follow the delivery status.
