Right of Withdrawal
⚠️ Binding return process – please read first
Please never return your goods without contacting us first. Returns made without prior notification and without our written approval cannot be processed. Here is how returns work:
- Contact us first: Notify us of your return request within the 14-day period by e-mail at kontakt@kindslias.com. Provide your order number and the reason.
- Condition & original labels: You may of course unpack and try on the item to check the fit and size – just like in a store. Please note that there are two packagings: the outer shipping packaging (with the address and shipping label) and, inside it, the original product packaging (bag or box with the product’s numbers, labels and barcode). Open the shipping packaging carefully – it must not be damaged to the point that its labels or barcodes become illegible. Most important is the original product packaging: it must not be damaged or stripped of its labels. Open it cleanly, without tearing it, and keep it in case of a return. All numbers, labels and barcodes – on both packagings – must remain legible, as this is the only way for us (and you) to clearly identify the parcel and the product. Please attach photos showing the unworn, undamaged and complete item with clearly visible labels and barcodes. Without legible labels and barcodes, no refund is possible.
- Wait for our approval: After review, we will send you by e-mail the approval as well as the exact return address of the relevant warehouse. This address is communicated individually only and varies depending on the item and country.
- Return shipment: Only send the goods after receiving our approval, to the address provided, ideally with tracking. We will clarify the terms and the coverage of return shipping costs together with you when you contact us. In the event of an error on our part (defective, damaged or incorrect goods), we cover the costs in full.
- Inspection & refund: Once the goods have been received by us and their flawless condition has been confirmed, the refund will be issued. A refund before receipt and inspection of the goods is not possible.
Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this – this process governs only the practical handling of the return and refund.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Robert Lipau, KindsLias, e-mail: kontakt@kindslias.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory. We will inform you of the specific return address by e-mail after you contact us.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
