We deliver to Germany and France.

Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of payment. You will receive a notification as soon as your order has been shipped.

Estimated delivery times

• Standard shipping (Germany & France): 6 to 11 business days

Please note that these delivery times are approximate. Delays may occur during peak periods or in exceptional circumstances (e.g. weather conditions, strikes).

Shipping costs
€4.90 within Germany and France – free shipping on orders over €100. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order.

Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by e-mail that allows you to follow the shipping status.
