Returns Policy & Customer Service
At KindsLias, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you and your child to truly love every piece you receive. If something doesn't fit or doesn't please you, we'll find a fair and quick solution together.
In accordance with European consumer law, you have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal starting on the day you (or a third party designated by you) take possession of the goods. All prices include statutory VAT.
1. Important before any return
So your return can be processed quickly and smoothly, a mandatory procedure applies to all requests:
- Contact our customer service first by email at info@kindslias.com or via the chat on our website.
- A return is only valid after prior confirmation from our team. Without this approval, we unfortunately cannot accept or process your package.
- After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a personal return reference (RMA) and the appropriate shipping address for your case. For security and logistics reasons, this address is not communicated publicly and may vary depending on the item and country.
2. Conditions for a refund
- The product is in original condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- All tags, accessories and the original packaging are returned.
- The return is registered within 14 days of receipt.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks and swimwear can only be returned in their original sealed packaging.
- Heavily discounted or personalised items are generally non-exchangeable, but may in some cases be exchanged for a store credit.
3. Our solutions – we'll find the one that works for you
Depending on the situation, we'll look at the best and fastest solution with you. In many cases, we can offer you an alternative without you having to send the item back:
- Replacement shipment – e.g. for damaged goods, transport damage or wrong size, subject to availability.
- Partial refund – a pragmatic gesture when the item can still be kept (small visual flaw, slight colour difference, etc.).
- Full refund – if no other solution works or the order is to be cancelled.
- Return to our logistics centre – after approval from our service, you will receive the exact address and, where applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
4. Return shipping costs
- For defects, transport damage or our own mistake, KindsLias covers the full return shipping costs.
- For returns due to personal preference (size, colour, taste), the customer bears the return shipping costs.
- We recommend shipping with tracking, as we cannot be held liable for parcels lost in transit before they reach us.
5. Processing and refund
- After receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive a confirmation email within 3 working days.
- The refund is processed via the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days after approval.
- For a replacement shipment, the new item is dispatched immediately once availability is confirmed.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier designated by you) acquired physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email to info@kindslias.com). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
